😩Everything for Sale is in a Storage unit safe lost our home from water leak

Please help me downsize my closet. I found a water leak within our shower/tub wall at the end of May and within 24 hours I became unhoused. I tried to secure what I could of my personal and valuable property with my son’s help but in an unforeseen event everything changed with our landlords plan of action. That Sunday morning demo began from one bedroom wall completely through the bathroom to my daughter’s room. I safe guarded what we thought was necessary until finding out since I had temporarily vacated the unit (for no bathroom at all) they removed our 1972 popcorn ceiling possibly obtaining asbestos. The debris was ridiculous even after shop vac vacuuming and sweeping. And then I developed a severe rash, open wounds and chemical burn on my feet and legs from exposure of being in the unit, trying to safeguard the remainder of my possessions. Very long story short it’s now 38 days later from the onset of our chaos and displacement and thankfully most of the items in my Poshmark closet listed for sale are in a secure storage unit safeguarded away from all of this. There were a few things that are now listed not for sale because I’m not 100% if they’re in the storage or in the house. I would never risk exposure of a toxic chemical to anyone so for that reason items, I’m unsure of their location will no longer be for sale. But for now, I need help downsizing because rent on two storage units. In addition to rent & displacement exceeds our budget Send offers must relocate.
