I play a sharing game sometimes (like once a month) w/ Jensposhpit. i had messaged her to congratulate on hosting a live show today. and she said she was doing a shared show on friday too. wow! I told her I would pop into the one today for support. I am not selling anything either. ugh. she said I needed to host a live show but she said she was hosting this shared one Friday @9pm & for me to bundle up a few items & she would include in her shared show 🤔 so I'll try it!

@heidienew morning! okay, after two solid weeks we have the house ready to put on the market. today we are just putting furniture back, doing a final clean, got the dumpster pick up tomorrow and photos on thursday. hopefully open house and listing on friday.

@heidienew yes! it was a big push the last 10 days or so. we were functioning on 4 hours of sleep trying to get the entire house painted, cleaned, we rebuilt a deck. it's been crazy. now the house looks amazing and I don't want to move! lol. hope you have a great day. be safe. we're over the big hump until we actually move.

@heidienew thanks for asking. the showing was from 11:00 to 12:00 and my neighbor said they were there about 20 minutes. two silver cars. I'm assuming not good. as I didn't get an offer. but I don't have any feedback either. the house is in perfect condition. we spent $30k making it perfect before we even listed it. I can't imagine anybody would have any issue with it... but day 33 and I'm still sitting with no offers. 😥 and I have no more showing requests. 🙏

@heidienew good morning friend! God is good. at 10:00 Friday night we got an offer on our house. I'm so happy. they want to close on August 18th so we were busy all weekend moving stuff. I reached out to a few estate companies and whatever furniture won't go or fit in new house I'm going to do an estate sale. hopefully can do one in 2 weeks. 🎉🥰🙏 I'm so happy to have an offer and have that stress off of me. how was your weekend?
