Nov 01Reply

brionna1991@moonladies Hello sweetie.... Is it possible to change the shipping on someone order?

Nov 02Reply

moonladies@brionna1991 like a heavier weight?

Nov 02Reply

brionna1991@moonladies No... She's asking me if I can change the shipping cost for a $10.00 item?

Nov 02Reply

brionna1991@moonladies She hasn't payed for it yet? She made me a low offer because of the shipping!

Nov 02Reply

moonladies@brionna1991 sometimes if you make a new listing for an item that's $100 and then the person like that item and then you drop it to 10 it will give you discount shipping. It doesn't always work but that is the way to try.

Nov 19Reply

melaniecrodgers@moonladies You both have great ratings and everyone says it's shipped fast. Please feel me in, you're making an old gal sad!! Seriously me and my family are going to the San Diego Zoo after Thanksgiving and I haven't seen some of them in a long time. This shirt is perfect so if there's any problems PLEASE let me know ❣️ thx 😊

deer4angelsI wanted to let you know my home health aide unpacked my bundle and put them away. She just let me know and I wanted to let you know I did receive the package. After January I still struggle to get back up to speed where I was before going into the hospital. It's taking me longer than I expected. I apologized for any trouble I may have caused in my panic of not realizing it arrived. As always I'm so lucky I started my shopping on Poshmark here. So I always start my shopping here first.

Apr 09Reply

moonladies@lilburg988 Thanks for the styling request. I'm happy to help, but can you give me sizing and other details of what you are looking for. I also have lots of items to list that may fit what you are looking for.

Nov 26Reply

lecotmailWorking hard to grow my closet and looks like you have it. Posters share but I️ am not getting lots of like so wondering if you have any tips? Thx.

Nov 30Reply

moonladies@lecotmail Hello, thank you so much for the compliment. Some advice would be to share all the time. Your prices are FANTASTIC, so that's great. Also make sure you follow lots of people. Then a lot more people will see when you share items. One tip that isn't something vague is to zoom out a bit on you cover shots. Then people can see the whole item right off the bat. Feel free to tag me randomly and I'll share your stuff too. Hope that helps!

Dec 09Reply

glamchick_001Hi I am hoping you can help me with a Poshmark question. I just sold something that weighs for then 10pds its actually 11.5 pds but I dont see an upgrade of shipping for anything over 10 pds do you know what I should do? Can i put my own postage from usps?

Dec 26Reply

moonladies@glamchick_001 Hello. Yes, you are able. From the app you select your sale then click on "Need new shipping label.". There is an option to select a heavier weight. You cannot use your own label or they can't track and you won't get paid.

Dec 27Reply

moonladies@glamchick_001 sorry, didn't see the 10 pounds limit. I thought I shipped a 15 pound item once. I would contact posh and let your customer know there will be a delay.

Dec 27Reply

dorilyneckertyI really like shopping with you Katie I always look forward to looking at your new items so I can bundle some because there’s a couple things that I’m interested in but I want to wait for a bundle. You have great things at prices I can afford being a single mother working three jobs......❤️😊

Feb 04Reply

moonladies@dorilyneckerty Thank so much! I need to list bunch more. Anything in particular you are looking for?

Feb 04Reply

dorilyneckertyYou know I just turned 50 and I do not wanna look 50 yet I do not want to look like I am trying not to be 50 if that makes sense. I have put on a little extra weight that I am trying to lose and come into a new style of my own. So I’m not really sure what I’m looking for I have purchased quite a few pairs of leggings and long tops to go over them because I do not want my butt showing. I enjoy browsing your closet! Some closets I just simply can’t afford
