brycenhill Hey there, so I have been in contact with USPS and got them to put multiple urgency notices on the item because has been too long for my liking so the case I opened is still pending... I’ve spoken to the supervisor for the post office there in new york and California. They tried to get in contact with these of the consumers department but they’re closed for the weekend so the soonest they will get back to me is Monday. Thanks for your understanding, I am staying on top of the issue for you
