maggiebknits It’s 15” (so a circumference of 30”). Two things to note: There is a shirred elastic panel in the back which stretches an additional 2 inches or so, if needed. You can see it in the closeup pic of the back of the dress. At rest, though, the waist is 15” across. Also the waist is a bit higher than one’s natural waist. (Not as high as an empire waist though!). It is a bit more than 15” from the center of the shoulder strap to the waist. Hope some of that helps!
