This is a circa 1970's Eveready Captain made by Union Carbide of New York NY.
Please see the pics....
The flashlight is in excellent condition, the slide switch and momentary switch work. There is no corrosion in the battery compartment. However, the clear plastic lens on the front has a crack.
This is a nice vintage collectable.
