Evening Gown/Prom DRESS

City Studio Gown. Backless with lots of straps. Closure is zipper and hooks with strap ties going down the back. Floor length. Size 9 in Juniors. Which is. Womens 4. Measured flat across waist is 14”. There are two sections shown in pics of the hemline torn but it can easily be stitched back. I bought this for my daughter who apparently didn’t like the shimmer. There is tulle to puff the bottom out. Beautiful Gown! Two pockets!
