Eve Le Cog Vintage Quilted Floral and Black Small Maxi Dress Belted Cottagecore

I do not know what decade this is from. The size says 8 but vintage runs differently so please see pics for measurements. The skirt is gorgeous florals in bright colors while the top is black. I have shown pics at the top of the zipper, and it may need repairs, but the zipper does work. There is also one area by the left arm that may need stitching. It is not a hole, but the outer layer looks to be unstitched (see pic. The belt does show some dents on the inside of the belt. It is adjustable and snaps closed.
