What is the sleeve length? Is this real suede/shearling or synthetic?

@evidek with from the shoulder to the end of the arm with a folded cuff, is about 21 could be more or less depending on how much you fold up or not. The outside is a genuine suede the inside I believe is a synthetic fur.
