Evan-Picone Black and White Halter Style Dress

Very gently used (almost perfect condition), black and white/off-white (it’s a white fabric, but the black behind it makes the white a more muted white). Neckline is halter style in front and back, but does not tie in the back. Ruched in the middle and on the back of the neck. Flares out for a small A-line look. Midi length.
