Evan Picone Drop Waist Wool Skirt Sz S Plaid Pleated Academia School Girl Tartan.  Condition is pre-owned and vintage 1970s. Beautifully made skirt. The only flaw is one of the pleats on the dropped waist area has become unstitched. It's easily fixed.  No other rips, tears, holes or discolorations. The material size tag is not found. This feels like pure wool OR wool Blend. Union made in USA. Evan Picone is a very well known designer from the 1970s. Unlined. Plaid is brown, red and black.  Side zipper works great.
