Evan Picone Black & White Polka Dot Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sleuthtreasures. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The size tag states it is a 10P but I disagree. The main measurements are as follows: Pit to pit: 18” Waist: 15” Length: 34” Shoulder seam to bottom seam: 16” I am 5’2-3” and the dress is way above my knees. If you like your dresses short, then this is for you. It’s a very cool dress with the peplum over waist and asymmetrical bodice with nonfunctional buttons. I love the style but not the size.
