This Kelly Green open style cardigan is structured enough that it could be used as a blazer jacket too. I would describe it as a textured knit, and perfect for layering. It would be great with your favorite denim or as a work piece. It is 100% nylon, with 3/4 length sleeves. It is preowned and in excellent condition. I see no flaws or call outs. The measurements laying flat are 21” PTP and 18” shoulder to hem. It does have some stretch too.
