Eva Franco Bay Dress - Size 10 - Sample piece - never worn

This Eva Franco dress is called the “Bay Dress” Portsmouth with a tag that says it is Style #LC6220. It is a size 10. The sticker price was $118 / it does not have a material tag and the inside tag has handwriting on it (no material tag). It is lined. There is some fuzziness in areas/ visible in the pics along the sleeve for sure. Measuring tape is just there to help someone with possible fit.
