Etro wool blend long sleeve t-shirt - size 44 / medium but runs small

Gorgeous, luxurious piece. This shirt is a lovely wool blend but very soft. Dramatic and colorful print of winged-leopards and other animals. Euro size 44/medium but looks small. Hard to read the care instructions but maybe you will have better luck! Let me know if you need more info! No signs of damage.
