How is a 46 a size 4? ETRO , which you have spelled wrong btw , runs small yes..but a 46 fits like an 8

I mean if that’s the bust measurements, then it would be fine for me..I wear a 4 as well but all of my Etros are 46 because I like them oversized..I won’t take a chance but thank you..I do love it

In your defense though, I worked for Etro in NYC for 10 years and their sizing is not super consistent ..a 46 is technically a 12..fits like an 8..a 4 no way
