Ethnic Engraved Heavy Silver Locket Necklace

EUC. No stamps I found. Chain HAS NO CLASP. 25” length. Delicate chased leaf or floral motif locket. The style of the engraving, tone of the metal and lack of stamp made me think this piece is a tribal Arabic pendant or perhaps Moroccan and that it’s a lower silver content alloy...I can’t be sure. The locket has a nice snap shut primitive but handmade mechanism. Heavy gauge metal. It really is lovely.
