Etching of a Man in Profile wearing a Top Hat by R Hovet - Signed

This exquisite etching by R Hovet features a portrait of a man in profile wearing a distinguished top hat. The artwork is a fine example of realism style and showcases the artist's talent in etching technique. The piece is framed and matted, bears the artist's signature, and is numbered 12/50, making it a wonderful addition to any art collection.
