Etched Large Brass Ikebana Style Bowl/Vase

This is a beautiful vintage Japanese Brass Ikebana shallow bowl with bump feet on the bottom. This bowl has a wonderful Japanese scene with Mt. Fuji, a pagoda and sailing vessels inside its center. Around the sides are birds flying over ocean waves. It appears this was hand etched and may be "signed" by the artist in Japanese lettering inside the bowl alongside the etched art design. It is a heavy brass bowl. It could be used as a decorative bowl, trinket dish, an Ikebana vase, etc. (Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arrangement.) This bowl/vase is in very good pre-owned condition. It has a nice shiny patina with some small tarnish spots as well as some light scratches and pitting on the underside.
