This is a very cool button up top from Etcetera that has laces that tie on the sides. The tag is missing from the collar, but it measures like a small (please see measurements below & in the photos). The RN number comes back to Etcetera, that's how the brand was confirmed. The buttons are hidden as you can see from the pictures.
