@momelby hey sorry for the delay! All measurements were taken laid flat approximately: Pit to pit is 17.5”, sleeve length is 19”, from top middle collar to base of back is 24.5”, and arm opening is 5.5”. The material does have some stretch so it could potentially fit a Sz 4 snugly. I had my aunt try it on the other day and it’s such a gorgeous blazer for Spring, I love the ruffle hemlines!
