On either side of the center sapphire are 3 tapered natural white Diamonds, 6 in all, and 5 more small rounds on each V end, 10 in all. The sides have a Polished V design & the ring measures aprox 7/16" in width at the center, & weighs aprox 3.831 grams of Solid (Stamped 14Kt Magic Glo inside) 14Kt Yellow Gold.
