The Lab Rubies are set in the middle of a wrap around white Gold swirl, and there is a 2.5mm round white Topaz set off to one side of the swirl. The ring measures aprox 1/2" in the center and weighs aprox 3.820 grams of Solid (Stamped 10Kt inside shank (slightly smudged, but can read 10) 10Kt White Gold.
