Estate 14kt yellow gold puffy heart pendant with red, Montana & white sapphire

What a beautiful vintage pendant VERY HIGH END custom designed Circa 1980s I enjoyed it so much I’ve worn it for a long long time but now it’s time to give it to another lovely person to show off. I have too manyyyyyyyyy! Pendant Measures 14mm wide and @19mm long not including bail. Bail is @3mm tall and 2mm wide Genuine Montana blue green teal sapphire. 2.5mm approximately. Round old mine cut. A red stone, passing as sapphire not ruby, so most likely some sort of error or just a red corundum. @1.9mm round old mine cut and a champagne white sparkly old mine cut 1.9mm white sapphire All are flush with setting and bezel set Marked 585 14k on the top area of the back side. Very hard to see but the acid test confirms 14k Makers mark is unknown and worn Pendant has a smooth high polish/high shine gold Needs a jump ring. You can buy gold over sterling for very very cheap. In the size you need or in packs of various sizes. Solid gold jump rings are about 25 bucks or so. Not too bad :) Please note this is as is.
