sweetgirl9 @mcarrie1980 are you only looking for essential oils? Or how about a healing balm. I have balms that work well for fibromyalgia, ms, lupus, . But if your looking for the oils . Calming is great it's a blend of lavender chamomile and soothing oils, then my lavender is a medicinal grade it can be rubbed on the bottom of your feet before bed to sleep better. Or dab under your nose to sleep better.

mcarrie1980 @sweetgirl9 I definitely need something for energy. I crash mid afternoon every day and have 2 small kids. Calming-tranquility would be good, and Focus or something for protection, keep away evilness
