Esprit Skirt with Asymmetrical hem ruffle.

Esprit mini skirt with asymmetrical ruffle at bottom. I bought this from Esprit in Singapore and never wore it. The material is soft cotton like with some stretch. Elastic waistband is 1.5”. Waist is 15” across. Hip is 16.5” across (measured 8” from waist). Length is 21” from waist.
