Espresso Strapless Maxi Dress - Navy and White Chevron

Dress is white and navy blue Chevron striped. The top section is smocked which gives it lots of stretch. It will stretch out to a maximum of 15 inches. The length of the dress is right around 40 inches. Only the top section is stretchy. The rest of the dress is not. It has has a little little bit of ruffle along the top edge. The bottom edge has stitched lines of navy blue. I can’t tell if there’s any discoloration in the armpit area because of all of the stripes. The last two photos show those areas.
