Eshakti wayward fancies deep v neck floral maxi dress

Pretty deep red with black and white floral. Sheer sleeves but otherwise fully lined. Clips at shoulder to attach to bra strap. Back zip. Hand pockets. Full skirt. There are loops for a belt but no belt. It doesn’t look to me like it would need a belt. Feminine and classic. Stock photo is not the same dress but similar
