Eshakti Zapelle owl print puff sleeve blouse with custom neckline size 14

Adorable crêpe owl print blouse with a modest v neck line. This is such a great whimsical cottagecore type of blouse. I often wore this with a full circle skirt and ankle boots. It is in excellent condition. This is from a Shakti and I customized this blouse from its crewneck to have a high v instead. Balloon sleeves are long for three-quarter sleeves. It does have a hidden zip at the back of the neck. While this does measure 21 inches across pit to pit laid flat, I do think it runs a little small for a 14 it might be a little closer to a traditional 12.
