Escape the Fate embellished shirt

This is an Escape The Fate shirt that I found and I suspect it has to be some really cool and well done DIY with these embellishments because I’ve tried to do research and haven’t found anything like this. The shirt feels like nice quality which is great because it keeps the embellishments stable, and the chains on it aren’t heavy at all, definitely just decorative and doesn’t weigh the shirt down. It’s definitely a very cool piece!! Also this is not from hot topic but I’m just listing this as the brand to get the kind of crowd I think might like this! 100% cotton, no size is listed but as an XL person, I would say this could fit an xxl as well very comfortably or of course smaller sizes for the very oversized look.
