hilaryba @sherrielhill My apologies for the delay in getting back to you! The skirt measurements are 16" at the waist and 35" long. it is a back zipper closure. chocolate brown lightweight flannel. it does need to be pressed but I will take care of that if you would like to purchase it. I did add photos to the listing.

hilaryba @sherrielhill Unfortunately it is 100% wool. There doesn't feel like it stretches at all.

hilaryba @sherrielhill I know, it's really classic and beautiful. There are darts on the interior of the waist but I'm really not sure if it's enough to use for an alteration. I'm not too knowledgeable in this area If you have a good seamstress maybe she can add a small panel? the color is a true chocolate brown and fabric should be easy to match.
