Escada Brown jeans Size 42 US size 12 inseam 26.5

Brown jeans from Escada. EUC please do your own research on what a 42 would convert to in US......from what I can tell it is a size 12 but I am not the one having to wear them and all sales are final. Used but cared for, have been in storage for awhile so need washed, no smell
