Amazing, whimsical top hat and horse rein print on a gorgeous silk Escada blouse. Soft, folded waterfall collar that hits lower on the neck, (see last pic), long flowy sleeves with cuffs. I love wearing this, but it’s just a bit too large on me. 40 is a US8. Ptp: 21” Length: 26”
