Non-sheer. Medium weight.  Material is made up of 100% polyester.  For size reference, model is 5' 10" and is wearing a size small. Jacket has size tag missing. I aligned it with my personal same jacket, size small and it measures the same. Jacket is oversized, nay be worn by a medium frame.
