Enfocus Women 20W Black with Silver Sparkles Floor Length Sleeveless Dress Woohoo this one is pretty and well made. Sheer outer layer covered in silver sparkles with a nice black lining. It is very comfortable with a bit of stretch to it and I like how the bust is made. If you are a little smaller it looks like ruching; and if you are a bit bigger chested it has the fabric room to unrouch and accommodate. I would say it is true to size as I am an 18 and this one has a bit of room on me plus it is stretchy. I am 5'2 and I walk on this dress a bit. Needs a taller women or I would keep it myself, even if it is a little bit too big for me. Very sparkly and so pretty. Measuring from the chest seem at the top of the ruching detail, that lays under the chest I get 44" long laying flat.
