Black stretch (85% nylon, 10% elastane, 5% polyester) pants with jeans-style pockets. They look a little charcoal in these pictures but are solid black. Tag says Medium, I measure the waist at 34+ inches. Inseam is about 30". Slim leg that tapers to about a 12" opening. Discontinued model. Always a little too big for me so they didn't get much wear. I would call them water-resistant but not waterproof.
