deeannsanchez2 @sweetheart333 oh I see what you mean. Well it’s in good used condition, no box or anything so my assumption is that it is gold plated, however you are absolutely correct. I stand corrected: It is gold in color, very heavyweight and nicely designed.

sweetheart333 @deeannsanchez2 when i asked if it was “stamped” that meant is the metal indicated by being stamped into it with a die. such as 14kt, 10gf, or a makers mark which would be the artist or company’s signature mark. it is quite rare for hair accessories to be of that quality but that way you can find out more about the quality and origin of items. quality barrettes often have mechanisms made in France which is also stamped right on it. that’s my late night 2 cents haha
