Emu Walker Boots Toddler 12-18 months

NWT. Didn't fit at the right season. 100% Wool. Soooo cute! They are labeled size 12-18 months and fit like a size 4. The brand's size chart says up to a size 6 but with the thick wool I don't find that accurate. I do think the age range of 12-18 months is accurate, but I think that is closer to a US size 4 as well.
