Emporio Armani Milano Dress is a 3/4 sleeve teal dress that is an elegant option for the office or other formal engagements. Please look at the photos carefully because the hemline does have some puckering from the elastic on one side. I think a seamstress could fix it. The price has been adjusted accordingly.
