The fabric is satin like in the inside the bust is seam to seam 18.5 front The empire waist is 17.5 I don’t know where your waist is but I think in dress it measures approximately 19” in front the length is approximately 38 from top it strap I never fine this before no has ever ask me for all this

shaunafulcher Thank you-I asked is that I could not find a David Rose size chart anywhere. I am petite however, many petite dresses are still too big from the shoulder to waist, so I need to take them in. This will not fit me in the bust.
