Vintage, red, tartan plaid formal dress with a blue velvet bodice and short sleeves by Emma Domb of California. There is no size tag so please look at the approximate measurements to determine you fit. The dress looks like an extra small or small to me. V-neckline with covered buttons down front. Rear zipper closure. There are some stains on the bottom along the hemline and some small holes probably from dragging on the ground. Given the pattern of the fabric the issues are not very noticeable while wearing. If you hem or shorten the skirt the problems will go away. I'm not exactly sure of the age of the dress. The company dissolved in 1986. This style makes me thing early it is from the early 1980s but the label matches one found on a 1960s dress. Perfect for your next Christmas party.
