Emily M Vintage Women's Blouse

This is a vintage blouse by Emily M. It has a set of small buttons on the front, yes they are all there and working (my fingers this morning not so much). It is marked as size 13/14 and is about 26 inches long and 19 1/2 inches pit to pit. It is in nice shape.
