Emilio Pucci for Saks Fifth Avenue Velvet Blue Tulip Skirt Vintage RARE

Very rare 1960’s Emilio Pucci for Saks Fifth Avenue velvet skirt. Vintage size 12 so it fits like a S, XS or 2, 4. Waist is 13” across and skirt is 25.5” long. Beautiful skirt. Some minor stains on the waist probably from the hanger and a few very faint stains on front. All stains documented in photos. Can be drycleaned, which would surely help with the stains.
