Emilio Pucci's exuberant prints set the tone for the 1950s and 1960s, and Pucci's line of scarves, dresses and blouses had a celebrated following -- Jackie Kennedy, Sophia Loren, and later Madonna and Jennifer Lopez. Marilyn Monroe loved Pucci, and was supposedly buried in a favorite green silk Pucci dress, see last photo. The vivid prints predated the psychedelic era and always seemed ahead of their time, bespeaking luxury, boldness, and wit. This Pucci tote / purse is in keeping with the founder's taste and style. It is of creamy-white textured canvas. It measures 11 inches wide at the base and 18 inches wide at the top. Height of the domed top is maximum 11 inches. The strap drop is 5 inches, and the base measures 5 inches wide; the top opens wider to a blue-violet jacquard signature Pucci fabric. I see no stains or flaws -- anything that looks like that is a result of the fabric and the light. I have posted several photos of the top and bottom of the straps to show how clean they are.
