Emerald green top

Cute green top I bought from a boutique. Not sure if this is saten or silk (or if there the same thing lol😝) loved it, but it didn’t fit how I would like. Buttens on the sleeves and a small butten clasp on the frount. Rooshed on the neckline. &&tag was ripped off but I’d say it’s a small/medium Would be cute w a accordion skirt (imo) 🙃
