This is truly a lovely dress. It has off-the-shoulder arms with spaghetti straps over the shoulders. The dress is long with a split up the side. My sister bought it for a cruise but never wore it.

robindbrewer @dmays777 I tried to measure the dress but didn't have much luck. It's my sister's dress and we think the bust is 46-48" - same for waist, and hips 50" ish. If you want to try it to see if it works, just let me know.

rgonz87 Is it a cold shoulder dress or spaghetti strap? I’m confused as to the ruffles under the straps, are those where your arms go?

robindbrewer I just added a new picture. It's my sister's dress and big on me. I put it on to show it has spaghetti straps (very substantial ones) and sleeves that go off the shoulder or just on top of the shoulder. See new picture.
