Emerald Sundae navy blue sleeveless dress. Dress has sheer mesh at the top, with a keyhole opening in the back. There are pads where the breasts go. There is a band of rhinestones and metal accents on the front waist line. Skirt is full with silver toned dots. I did notice the elastic on the top of the shoulder was lightly fraying, as pictured, otherwise I saw no other flaws. Measurements in pics.
