Embroidery On Or Off Shoulder Rust Orange Women's Top

Rust orange women's top with intricate detailing. Could be on or off shoulder. Perfect for casual outings or special occasions. I believe this top is cotton, has a unique dye throughout. I assume it's a large to xl as there are no tags but I will provide measurements. I don't know the brand. Embroidery and lace details. pp 24" stretches to about 27";worn off shoulder length is 22 1/2";worn on shoulder length is 26 1/2. The elastic around the shoulder is very stretchy. Details on top include ribbon, embroidered flowers, crochet/lace.
