Embroidered white blouse. Size medium. NWOT

This beautiful crisp blouse can be worn alone or under a blazer or denim jacket. It does not have a fabric label, so I’m not sure what it is. It does not have stretch to it. It is more of a crisp blouse material. The front has a lining and the back is a little more sheer as shown in the photo. It is brand new, never worn.
