This dress has a vintaged look. Has so many special details that include cold accents, embroidered lining, and fluttered sleeves. Two layered skirt adds volume. Self ties and zips at the side. There is a tiny flaw where it ties at the waist (unnoticeable). Measures 30 1/2 inches from top to bottom.
